VIVAnews - PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) acquired US$240 million of loans from Northstar Tambang Persada Pte Ltd to win PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (Buma).
The loan is flat with zero percent interest and one-day period.
The loan is based on facility agreement sealed on October 29, 2009, between the company as the debtor and Northstar as the creditor.
Earlier, Delta Makmur Dunia has completed the acquisition of Buma's majority shares.
Delta bought 2,049.999 shares (99.99 percent) which were placed in Buma by PT Bukit Makmur Widya and Johan Lensa.
As of Friday, Nov 6, the company has legally been the holder of Buma's majority shares.
Northstar also bought around 40 percent of the company's shares from Lion Trust (Singapore) Limited, Amicorp Trustee (Singapore) Limited and Credence Trust (Singapore) Limited.
Northstar Tambang Persada now owns 2.72 billion of shares (40 percent) in Delta Dunia Makmur.
